Introduction to Crossfit

I have been tweeting a lot about Crossfit recently, and I thought I would post a link to an interview with the founder in order to answer a lot of the curious readers of this blog. I am enamored with the Crossfit workout routine, the philosophy, and the community. I have been doing the workouts for 2 months, and I have no plans of stopping.

The Future of Education

I really believe that companies like fxphd are the future of education. The cost of a college education is getting higher and higher, and degrees are becoming less useful. Experience matters (in some fields) more than a degree.

I just visited Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida and one quote that I heard there from Walt Disney (the person, not the company, though sometimes it may be hard to tell the difference) has been running through my head.
