Football’s Greatest Secret…

Super Bowl fever is going around, so when I found this I just had to post it!

How in the world do they make the lines appear on the field in a football game? No, they don’t hold up rulers to the screen and measure (not that I thought that)…

Check out this video to see how they get the first down lines on the TV screen when you watch a football game.

Okay – it’s a lot more complicated than I thought…

    Amazing, but it’s actually a lot more complex than I thought. It makes me wonder how many things I take for granted that look so simple.
